Traditional enterprise platforms often work best when every device comes from the same vendor. That is rarely how real networks are built. Axon works across mixed hardware: it runs on affordable AMD64 or ARM64 Linux devices, monitors existing equipment through SNMP and connects to UniFi infrastructure. A configuration change or provider response does not prove the user experience recovered. Axon lets your team repeat the same site-level checks, compare the result with the baseline and watch the affected alert return to normal. The evidence remains available for the next investigation.
